The water-cooled main shaft works in a high temperature environment, and it is necessary to pay attention to the change of water temperature at all times, so that the temperature of the main shaft circulating water is controlled within 40 degrees Celsius. The circulating water tank should also be kept clean so as not to block the main shaft circulation waterway and check whether the return water of the water circulation is unobstructed. If the main shaft or the circulating water pipe is found to be clogged, the high-pressure air should be used to blow the circulating water channel in time. The water pipe is blocked or aged and can be replaced. (Note: Once the internal water circulation of the spindle is severely blocked, it cannot be remedied). b. The water-cooled main shaft works in a low temperature environment, and it is necessary to prevent the circulating water from freezing due to the low ambient temperature, so that the circulating water circuit cannot work normally. To prevent icing, use an appropriate amount of antifreeze or add an antifreeze device. After the completion of the processing, if the room temperature is low, any one of the two water circulation pipes can be connected to the high-pressure air, and the water accumulated in the main shaft and the water pipe can be blown off to prevent the water pipe and the main shaft from being damaged due to icing. The air-cooled main shaft refers to the main shaft that cools the motor through the motor fan. In general maintenance, be careful not to block the fan port or to drop debris. When the fan blade is damaged or missing, it should be replaced in time.

1. The machine distribution box is the electrical control center of the entire machine. Contains control power, drive, frequency converter, control wiring board. The frequency converter mainly controls the different speeds of the main shaft through different frequencies.
2. The inside of the chassis should be kept dry and tidy. Prevent components from short-circuiting and burning electrical components due to moisture.
